Emmanuel has 23 years corporate management experience, working for two multinational organizations before founding Imperial Associates, with his partner Mr Ayo Aransiola. He was a former Managing Director of International Computers Ltd (ICL) – a Fujitsu company.

Emma C. Onyilofor Managing Director

Before he was appointed the Managing Director of ICL Nigeria, he was the company’s Sales/Marketing Director for about 4 years. He also worked for about 18years for the British American Tobacco Company both in Nigeria and in Uganda. While in BAT he worked in various capacities in Sales/Marketing and left BAT for ICL as National Sales Manager, a position he also held when he was in BAT Uganda. A honours degree graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Over the years Emmanuel has garnered extensive experience in general management, organisational development, sales and marketing.

 

 

Ayo is a graduate of three disciplines (Social Sciences, Law & Business Admin) from the University of Ife and the University of Lagos. He also worked in International Computers Ltd (ICL) – a Fujitsu company and was the Corporate Services Director before he left to found Imperial Associates Limited with Emmanuel

Ayo D. Aransiola Executive Director

. While in ICL he was responsible for driving the process that led to the achievement of ISO 9000 certification for the organization, which was the first ISO certification to be achieved in Nigeria.

Ayo also held various management positions in Unipetrol, Rank Xerox, and the Nigerian Paper Mill. His Core competence area is in Human Capital Management, Administration and Total Quality Management.
